Gift Card Terms of Use

These Digital Gift Card Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase, use, and acceptance of gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Sonrise Palms RV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using a Digital Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Redemption and Use
  • Digital Gift Cards may only be used to purchase eligible goods or services from Crossroads Travel Park, either online at sonrisepalmsrv.com or at participating locations.
  • Digital Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Digital Gift Cards or for unauthorized transactions.

  1. No Fees
  • Digital Gift Cards expire within ***.
  • No fees will be charged after issuance, including inactivity or maintenance fees.

  1. Balance Inquiry
  • You may check your Digital Gift Card balance at any time by calling 321-633-4335.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
  • Treat your Digital Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of Digital Gift Cards.
  • However, if your Digital Gift Card is lost or stolen and you provide proof of purchase and the card number, we may, at our discretion, reissue the remaining balance.

  1. Limitations
  • Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  • Digital Gift Cards cannot be resold or used for advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or other promotional purposes without our prior written consent.

  1. Fraud and Abuse
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel Digital Gift Cards or orders if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
  • Misuse includes attempting to circumvent restrictions or engaging in illegal activity through Digital Gift Card use.

  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of a Gift Card will be resolved in accordance with our standard dispute resolution procedures, which may include arbitration.

  1. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted at Sonrise Palms RV and will govern your use of Digital Gift Cards.
