The Day, Weekly, & Monthly site fee includes:

• 2 people per unit (fees may apply for additional people)

• 1 Unit: (RV, Motor Home, 5th wheel) plus 1 vehicle.

• 1 Power source (plugged into 1 outlet only)

Cancellation Policy RV sites & lodging:

• Cancel up to 12:30 pm on the day of arrival for all reservations except monthly stays. Cancellations must be in writing via email. We do not accept voicemail, phone or text cancellations.

PLEASE NOTE:   All cancellations  receive a gift certificate equal to the amount of the original payment less applicable fees.

NO REFUNDS.

Monthly stays: $400.00 non-refundable deposit

All reservations are subject to tax and are not included in the base price shown.
